Rigid 4000 Resin is an Engineering Resin designed for stiffness and precision. The material is reinforced with glass to offer a very high modulus and a polished finish. Rigid Resin is highly resistant to deformation over time. The glass-powder reinforcement enables Rigid Resin to be stiff relative to other Formlabs materials.

Form Wash 세척 시간 (Form Wash Settings)

Wash Rigid Resin in isopropyl alcohol (IPA) for 15 minutes. The Form Wash agitates the alcohol bath and removes parts from the bath after a set time. Allow parts to dry completely before post-curing.

After washing parts printed with Rigid Resin, the IPA contains white glass particles. Use a separate wash bucket for parts printed with Rigid Resin to prevent the white glass particles from depositing on the surfaces of parts printed with other resin types.
